Hosting and server logs
When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date, time and the page requested. This data is used only to keep the site running securely and is not combined with other data. [Add hosting provider name and location]
Map
The OpenStreetMap map only loads when you click “Load map”. Only then is your IP address sent to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. See the OpenStreetMap privacy policy for details.
When you write to us, we only use your details to answer your message. We don't pass them on.
Messages from the contact form (name, email, topic, message) are stored with our hosting provider Lovable, and you receive a confirmation by email. We delete them once your request is settled, or on request.
If you sign up for the newsletter in the form, we store your name and email address to send you news from Sonore. You can unsubscribe at any time with a short message to us.
The Instagram link is a plain link. Only when you click it do you go to Instagram, where Meta's privacy terms apply.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Just write to oliver@sonorelistening.ch.
